John Sandow has over 20 years of experience in site layout and civil design. He earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Georgia Tech, and holds active engineering licenses in Georgia and Virginia. John has a keen eye for finding increased land development density and added value through collaboration with operators and owners. He ably prepares site designs for a variety of projects types: greenfield, dense redevelopment, residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and municipal.
